Form Field Type isn't scrolling / doesnt show all options

I am trying to modify a form field type to select radio or checkbox, the options are limited and not showing "radio" or "checkbox" or other options. I believe it is supposed to scroll so I can select other options? I have brizy and brizy pro up to date.

  Hi,

  Could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.7 and Brizy Pro 2.2.3 version? Yes, I notice that you said that the plugins are updates but I want to be sure that you have exactly these versions. Also, could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate a WordPress default theme?

  Yes, I have 2.27 Free and 2.24 Pro

  My site is live I was hoping not to disrupt the content to fix this... I tried briefly switching to the default Twenty Twenty One theme, all it did was ruin some fonts and didn't fix the contact form issue. Back to using the Astra theme now.

  I tried deactivating other plugins, not working still. 

  I have white label settings activated for brizy, in case that is relevant.

  Is there another reason why this may be happening? How can it be resolved?
