Brizy Pro stops page from displaying
Hey, so the issue I'm having is that when I install the Brizy Pro plugin, it prevents my pages from displaying on the live site. They appear fine with I edit with Brizy, but load as a blank page when previewing or just navigating to the live page. If I deactivate the pro plugin, the page displays just fine (although obviously the pro features don't work anymore when it's not active).
No idea what's going on. I've checked my plugin versions and they are the latest as you can see below:

I also checked by deactivating every single other plugin and that didn't work either. I also tried moving to a default WP theme and it makes no difference whether I use a default them, Blocksy, or Neve. Would appreciate some guidance here as to what might be going on and how to resolve it.

Hi,
Could you please check if you don't have a template attached to all pages? For this, please go to the WP dashboard -> Brizy -> Templates and check all the templates from there. If on a template you will find a display condition as this "Include -> Pages -> All", could you please delete it and save the template. Then go to the Brizy pages from Pages and check if all is fine now.
Thanks!
Best regards,

Hi Sandra,
Currently I don't have any templates under WP dashboard -> Brizy -> Templates. I also saw there were new versions of both the free and pro plugins this morning, so wanted to let you know I updated both of these and this behavior is still occurring. I did get a message when trying to update the Pro plugin from within the dashboard that it couldn't detect my license and had to upload it manually - not sure if this might be related.
Thanks!

Hi,
Thank you for all these details!
I have created a private ticket on this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this on email. Could you send us in that private message the WP credentials to this site?Regarding the inconvenience with the Brizy Pro update - could you please go to the Brizy -> Settings -> License and check if you have activated a license for this site? If this field is empty, could you please generate a license and activate it? For this you have to:
1 - Go to your Brizy account;
2 - Access the WordPress licenses;
3 - From there generate a license key for the site you want to activate it and the Brizy Pro plugin;
4 - Click on the license key to open it;
5 - Copy the entire license https://jmp.sh/TYnBH9R;
6 - Go back to the WordPress dashboard and access the Brizy -> Settings -> License;
7 - Here you have to paste the license https://jmp.sh/APqTpnb;
8 - Activate it.Best regards,

Hi Sandra,
Thank you again for your attention on this, I'm replying to your email now with credentials. Regarding the Brizy Pro update, I was able to fix that, I'm hosting the site on an AWS EC2 instance and had attached an elastic IP to the site so it wouldn't change every time I rebooted the instance and Brizy's system still had the license associated with the previous temporary domain.
Best,
