Brizzy Pro won't upload

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

 

This is the message I have been getting all day when I try and install the Brizy Pro upgrade to plugins.  For some reason the downloads don't turn up as .zip files either which may be the problem.  I'm desperate to get the dam thing working.  HELP please.

  Hi,

  If you are on a Mac device, make sure that the system doesn't automatically unzip all archives uploaded from the internet. We found in some cases that the problem was in this case. Therefore, please make sure that you upload the zip folder from your Brizy account and it isn't unzipped. In WordPress, you have to add the zip folder of the Brizy Pro. In other cases, the plugin will not be installed.
