    Hi,

    Could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.7 and Brizy Pro 2.2.4 version? They both have to be updated to the latest versions. Could you please try to optimize the plugin by cleaning cache, optimizing database and images?

    All has been updated. Cache, CDN, plugins and themes all working and updated. I've tested on Neve, Astra, and OceanWP, and the loading time is still slow for 2.2.4 on localhost and domains. Also, I now cannot access any of my saved blocks and layouts.

    Hi,

    I'm sorry for this inconvenience. Yes, we know about this problem. Our developers informed us that in the next Brizy plugin update will be solved this problem. This inconvenience happens because the Cloud update was big and important and now the Brizy Clou version is higher then Brizy WordPress version. When will be released the next Brizy plugin update, all will be fine and this problem solved. We plan to release the new update in maximum 1 week.

    No problem. Maybe a boosted notification to all your subscribers and licence holders would be great, just to notify us that working between Cloud and the plugin may be interrupted. Don't mind being delayed, as long as there is some information. Thank you for the assistance.

    The update has arrived but the functionality of accessing saved blocks and templates still states that the plugin is incompatible. Please advise what we can do.

    Hi Matthew,

    Yes, we know about this inconvenience and in the previous messages from this post, I explained how this happens. Today, we released an update for Brizy Free plugin and in the next days, we plan to release the update for Brizy Pro plugin too when will be solved this inconvenience too.

    Hi there, 

    This is incorrect as the Brizy Pro plugin updated from 2.2.4 to 2.2.5 today as well. Hence why I am asking how I can rectify my cloud account not connecting with the WP plugin. I understood your previous post, but your notice of the pro plugin not being released is confusing, as an upgrade was providing through the WP update to 2.2.5.
