Pop-up problem and Accessing its contents and code

    Hi,

    We already fixed the problem with the popups. Could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.7 and Brizy Pro 2.2.4 version?
    Unfortunately, it isn't possible to access the pop-up code or HTML because it is integrated into the builder. If you want to apply some custom CSS, you can inspect it and find how you can add and create that Custom CSS, but isn't possible to access it to use in another non-Brizy page.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra,

    Thanks for getting back to me and letting me know about that, I will double check and let you know the version.

    I was using a short code Brizy element on my Brizy page inside the pop up and I am unable to access it. I need to access that code and use it with another Brizy page. hope that is clear now.

    Still I need an answer for my first question (how to downgrade brizy plugin to an older version safely?
    )

    Cheers,

    I have updated the Brizy plugin to Version 2.2.7 and Brizy Pro to 2.2.4. I can now access the popup which is fine.

    I noticed after the update. I am no longer able to save the popup in favourites blocks or even make it Global.

    regards,

    Hi,

    Great to know that all is fine with the pop-ups.

    Related to your second affirmation "I am no longer able to save the popup in favourites blocks or even make it Global. " - unfortunately, I can't reproduce this issue. See here. Could you please again if you have the options I showed in the video? Could you make a video to show us how to reproduce it?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra,

    Thank you for the video, Obviously, it is working fine. what I was doing is the same. but I was checking the normal saved and global items so i wasn't able to find it. I realised from your shared video that I can reach the saved popup only through popups settings.

    Still I need an answer for my first question (how to downgrade brizy plugin to an older version safely?
    )

    cheers,

    Hi,

    Thank you for updating us regarding this inconvenience! Great to know that all is fine now.

    Regarding the downgrade - to be honest with you, we don't recommend to downgrade to a previous version because this can cause some problem and error on the dashboard. But if you insist and want to take this risk, for downgrade you have simple delete the current version of the plugin and upload a previous version.

    Best regards,
    Sandra
