WP Site Migration and Licensing
I migrated a WP site from one domain to another domain. It remains on the same hosting account - Bluehost. I have not yet deleted the original site.
the original site has brizy pro installed and is indicated as using 1 of my licenses. I expected upon migration to the new domain, that another license would be used. it is not registering the use of the other license on my brizy account.
the plugin page shows brizy pro listed, with a deactivate button, and indicates version 2.2.4 is available to update. it does not allow an update (Update failed: No activation found for this installation). the brizy settings page shows my license as active. new layouts allow me to select pro versions.
it appears that I have a license although, brizy doesn't see it.
my migration method included the use of Duplicator. I wrapped up my prior site Wordpress website. uploaded and installed it in the new domain, using Duplicator. I now have both (identical) websites - one in the old domain and the other in the new domain (www.sgrundleger.com and www.steveg.photos).
how can this be reconciled?

Hi,
Thank you for all these details. At the moment to activate the license for the new domain, you have to deactivate it for the first site and then reactivate it for the new domain. Now, I would recommend going to your Brizy account and change the domain of the license. In your account find the license you used for the old domain and click on "deactivate", then copy it fully (for this click on the license ket and copy the entire license) and go to the new domain and activate it there. Does the license activate for the new domain?

yes this worked.
I disabled (deactivated) the old site.
I then deleted the key from the settings in the new site. re-entered the license key and clicked activate. it took a little bit to recognize the activation. but then it did let me update brizy pro.
thanks
