I am looking for a contact for with Slider so customers can choose the number of Items 

Do I need a 3rd party slider addon and contact form

  Hi,

  Unfortunately, at the moment, isn't possible to add a slider for choosing a number of items. Also, it isn't possible to integrate a similar feature to the Brizy form. If you want to have this option, you have to find a plugin that has a similar form with this feature and with the ability to export it with the embed code or shortcode. After this, you can add the embed code or shortcode on the Brizy pages.
