Popups not being saved as favorites

Hi Awesome Brizy support,

I'm currently having an issue with my Popup not being saved so I can use elsewhere.

The saved "heart icon" just keeps spinning and does not complete.

My Brizy plugins are up to date. I have cleared cache, tried multiple browsers, and disabled plugins but to no avail.

I'm happy to share my login info but do not want that info here on a forum.

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

  Hi,

  Unfortunately, we couldn't reproduce the problem in the WordPress environment or in the Brizy Cloud. See here. If you receive this inconvenience on the WordPress environment, could you please check if you have the 2.2.6 version for Brizy Free and the 2.2.2 for Brizy Pro. Yes, I notice that you said that the plugins are updated, but I want to be sure that we have exactly these versions. Also, could you please check if you receive the same inconvenience when you use a WordPress default theme. I notice that you mentioned about external plugins but not also about the theme.
