Brizy Cloud Slider Not Displaying Correctly

Hi,

The Cloud mobile preview shows that the slider displays the full length but is flattened on the actual Android browsers. The same image displays fine outside the slider.

 

- Cloud theme: Lavish

- Mobile browsers: Chrome and Firefox

 

But the actual display on Android phone:

  Hi,

  You receive this inconvenience on the preview mode because the image is set-up on the background of the slide and the slider doesn't have some content inside. To fix this inconvenience, I can suggest going to the Desktop mode and adding on all slides or on slides you receive this problem the Spacer element. Then go back to the mobile mode and adjust the Spacer element in such a way to display fine in the mobile mode. Could you check if all is working fine now?

  Hi Sandra,

  I added the Spacer last week but it didn't work despite spending time trying various tweaks.

  I wanted to give it one last try today and it worked without me doing anything. The inconsistency of little things in Brizy drives me crazy. The last time I checked with you was the hamburger menu that doesn't work sometimes (on Wordpress) even though the preview says it worked.

  Thank God at least the spacer works now. But I won't be surprised if it doesn't work again after an update or something. This is on Cloud so we can't blame WP plugins.

  Thanks, Sandra. There is something else.

  On two sites with White Labelling, they sometimes freeze for 1-2 minutes when I try to edit pages. The Brizy blue-red-white circle keeps spinning as the browser shows: 

  “Read div.show”
  “Transferring data from div.show”

  There is no problem for sites without White Labelling. I am on a 1GB ethernet line so bandwidth is not the issue. 

  What might be the issue(s)?

  Hi,

  Could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.8 and Brizy Pro 2.2.5 version? Also, could you please delete the site cache and optimize the database by using WP Optimizer?
  Could you send us a screenshot of the problem you encounter with “Read div.show” “Transferring data from div.show”?
