Can't add image

Returning to a site that I built 6 months ago which is using Blocksy for a theme, and running Brizy 2.2.6 and Brizy Pro 2.2.2. 

I have tried changing the theme and have turned off every other plugin and STILL I cannot seem to access the image add image element function - NOTHING happens.

  discovered it was a file server issue. Please disregard.
