  Hi,

  Could you please give us more details about the page that doesn't work? How this problem is manifesting? What exactly doesn't work? Could you send us the URL link of the page? Also, could you please send us a screenshot with this problem?

  When replacing the info in white label and saving the changes it shows everything correctly but it doesn't load the page builder when pressing the edit with "mybuildername" button, the page stays white... when resetting it works fine as Brizy again. why is that? and how can I fix this?

  Hi,

  Could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.9.1 and Brizy Pro 2.2.6 version? Also, could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate a WordPress default theme? How did you set the "mybuildername", if it is built from 2 words, please make sure that between these 2 words from "prefix" isn't whitespace. If you have "builder name" for prefix, please replace the whitespace with the line symbol (e.g. builder_name or buildername).

  Could you please send us a screenshot or a video of how this problem is manifesting? We can't reproduce this behaviour. Just now we checked the WhiteLabel and a worked just fine. See here.
