    Hi,

If you sync blocks and layouts from WordPress to the Cloud, there isn't created a new project. All synched blocks and layouts are added in the Saved blocks and Saved layouts. To be able to access them, you have to create a new project and access the Saved blocks and Saved layouts to access them.

If you want that users from WordPress were not able to sync blocks and layouts, you can activate the WhiteLabel. When this option has activated no user (even the admin user) can't sync the saved blocks and layouts. To be able to sync them, you have to deactivate the Whitelabel. About this, you can read in this article.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra,

ok, thank you, I think I got it. Team members will then also use the same library. That's ok, I can live with that. If I have clients that should not use this library but an "own" library, they get their own Brizycloud account.

The only thing that bothers me and there I find the system poorly thought out, should it be so: If client with whitelabel can't sync, does that also (?) mean that they never receive (new) library-content provided by the superadmin? They have no access to the cloud library. Not even the superadmin. I.e. on a multisite with whitelabel enabled the librarycloud is useless has.

As I see it, Whitelabel, the Library Cloud, and Brizy in general become pointless and useless for WAAS.

    Best regards,
    Steffen

Here is a way it works for WAAS and also other multisite deployments with normal clients:

    1. In my account I create a Team Member "Client". He gets the role "Designer".
    2. I connect on a client site or template site Brizy with this account.
    3. I downgrade this account to Designer.
    4. I hide the disconnect button in Brizy.
    5. I connect Bizy of the main site with my master account.

Unfortunately I can not use Whitelabel (sad).

    Thus works:

    1. As superadmin I can fill the library cloud from my main site, because i am connected in there Brizy with my master account.
    2. The template sites are connected to the client account (role designer) and keep this connection after cloning.
    3. Clients (as well as myself on the client/template sites) can use all library elements created by me as master (see point 1). Likewise, clients can save own elements, but they are not synced to the cloud. Thus this is a read only access.
    4. Now all I would need is the ability to rename Brizy, for example to Pagebuilder. But as soon as I enable whitelabel, I turn off any library cloud feature on the full multisite.

So this makes sense for WAAs and all other multisite users. Actually, this should also be no problem and only a minimal effort to implement this, because what would need to be done:

    1. In the whitelabel settings give the superadmin the choice to leave the library cloud enabled.
    2. In Brizy hide the disconnect button when not owner (or manager) connected. Superadmins should always see the disconnect button.

I find the topic very important, for every MU- and WAAS-admin and believe that this should be addressed with very high prio!

    Regards
    Steffen

    Hi,

Yes, at the moment when the WhiteLabel feature is activated, the Sync option is unable. Therefore, isn't possible to use the saved blocks and layouts from Brizy Cloud and isn't possible to sync the existent saved blocks. We added this improvement because a lot of users ask us to add it nad hide these options. They said that this doesn't respect the WhiteLabel and their users can see the "Connect with your Brizy account" and in such a way will be displayed the Brizy name and not their name. And after this can appear other questions.
We will inform our managers regarding these suggestions but mist probably we will strive to do something in this direction after we will release the WhiteLabel for the Brizy Cloud too.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra
