Unable to create Google homepage registration

The site map can be read, but there is an error. Sitemap is HTML. The error keeps popping up. Help me. Suggested answers.

  Could you please send us a screenshot with the error did you encounter? Did you publish the sitemap in the Google account as it is suggested in this article?
