Email configuration not working with Forms

I keep receiving the same error below no matter if I use the WordPress, SMTP, or GMAIL option in Brizy. How do I simply configure this to where I can receive emails to my business accounts?

  Hi,

  Could you please send us a screenshot with how did you configure the form? 
  If you want to use the Gmail option, please could you please check if you followed these options?
  1 - you must have 2-step verification and less secure app ON;
  2 - You then need to make sure it is connected on your host through SMTP;
  3 - Once that is all done, you must have an APP password and use this in place of your password for your GMAIL credentials on your contact form.
