    Hi,

Unfortunately, we don't recommend making some modification on the hosting before the Brizy zip folder was added on the server.

The server sync "Golden Rule" is: Server Sync option is the last step in publishing a Brizy Cloud project. The entire server environment needs to be prepared before uploading the Brizy folder.

Also, could you please inform us what modification made the programmer? What files did he try to modify? We don't recommend this action too because it can modify or overwrite some code and therefore cause other problem like the one you reported.

Now, once the modification has already been made, you need to delete the project folder from server and re-upload it again.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Only the htaccess file was slightly modified in order to make the sync work (I have sent it by e-mail). But still no "real time" syncing occurs, which is very frustrating.

If I need to instruct the hosting company to make some configuration adjustments, please let me know.

I have sent access credentials by e-mail.

Local hosting is times faster (which is normal) and we insist of using it, especially when there are Google ads campaigns running with certain number of simultaneous visitors on the site.

    Hi,

The messages you send us on the email doesn't come to us because you send to the noreply@... and they are coming to the Spam folder. Therefore, we don't suggest to send a reply to this email. If you want that some details of the message were not public, let us know and we will delete them before approving the message.

Regarding the problem you encounter, could you please try to delete the Cache folder?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra
