Popups are not working

Hi
I discovered today that popups are not working. They are not working when I clic the link but they are not working when I am trying to design them as well.

  How,

  Could you please send us the URL link of the site where you encounter this error? Is this site created in Brizy Cloud? Could you please indicate where is added the pop-up? How did you create the pop-ups? Are they external pop-ups or internal pop-ups?

  Look to the footer link "Acerca de nosotros" or "Aviso Legal" . It was created some months ago and worked fine, but sudenly withou any change does not work. It is internal popup

  Hi Jose,

  Yes, we know about this inconvenience. It happens when the pop-up is added on the text element. Our developers are working on this issue and on the next update, we will release the fix. Unfortunately, at the moment, we can't say when we will release it but we will strive to release as soon as possible.
  If you need an urgent fix and if you have the possibility, you can recreate the pop-ups links. For this, you have to use the buttons without background and attach to it the pop-up (if you have added in the Saved) or to recreate it (if you have the possibility). See here.

  Hi Sandra
  I do not follow. It is not a button but a text with a link to open the popup. The point is that worked fine some weeks ago and suddenly stop to work.
  I can not recreate it (I have tried) as when I press pop-up in the development nothing happens (the window for the pop-up) did not open

  Hi,

  Yes, I understand you. I said that we know about this problem on the text element with the pop-up. We are working to solve. We plan to release the fix in one of the future updates. Then, I suggested you, if you want, can and have the possibility to recreate the pop-up in a button element. With recreate, I want to say to create it again. Wich means to add a button without background, go to Links -> Pop-ups and create again the pop-up. But, if you don't have the possibility to do this, then, I could only suggest waiting for the update and the fix will come for this problem.

  Just you to inform that today the popups work again. I can edit and when exported they work fine in production.
