Carousel doesn't show on mobile or tablet device

Hi, I have a carousel inside another carousel and the one that is inside doesn't show on mobile and tablet devices even though based on the Brizy editor it should be there. I am using Brizy cloud. I tried recreating the carousel from scratch and was careful to not make any element as hidden in any of the views, still the same results. Can you please look into it? I can forward my url, but would be nice to do that privately. Thanks!

  Hi,

  Could I please ask you why did you create a carousel inside another carousel? Could you please send us the URL link of this page? We will delete it from your reply before approving your message and in such a way will protect your privacy. 
  Also, I tried to reproduce this inconvenience on the Brizy Cloud but I can't. All seems to work fine. See here. Also for better management of this block, I can suggest creating the block where you add the carousel as a slider and add only one carousel element https://jmp.sh/JbpBE9l. In such a way will be easier to maintain this block.

  Yes, I tried slider block before switching to the carousel inside another carousel idea. I didn't like the idea to have the entire block as a slider as all menu items we're moving with it from one slide to another and it was hard to update an item on the sliders as I had to make the same change on all other slider pages if a change was required.

  The video you forwarded is exactly what I'm talking about. The Brizy tablet/mobile simulated shows it okay. However, if you view it on an actual mobile or tablet device the child-level carousel doesn't show.

  Let me know about your findings.

  Hi,

  In your case is used a carousel element in the column element in the carousel element and this structure complicate the CSS and HTML and therefore it is hard to render this. 
  If you don't want to use a block slider and inside it use the carousel element (which is the best solution, if you allow me to add my opinion) you can use the Gallery element instead of Carousel element from the column. Each photo from the Gallery element can be opened in the lightbox and there you can navigate to see other images from the Gallery element.
