Image resizing to smaller version much smaller than the container and then showing it stretched as pixelated version

A 800x800px image is uploaded. Container is set to 100% width and height.
However, when published, it is delivering as a 338x338px image. Now it's blurry and pixelated.
 
How can I get the proper dimension to show up instead of a thumbnail version that brizy is resizing it too?
 
 
Here it shows Brizy is resizing the image as 338px and displaying it in a big container.

The image I am pulling via an embed code loads good. No resizing, no pixelation.
 
ALL other images uploaded via brizy page build is resized to thumbnail sizes.

    Hi,

    Could you please go to the WP Media Library and check there what dimensions are this image? See here. Could you please send a screenshot with these dimensions? I checked the image you reported that you have a problem but we didn't find any errors or issues. We encounter that the image in the original sizes has 220x220px and in the Brizy page it is added in a container with 428x428px and for this reason, you see it blurred. 

    Could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.6 and Brizy Pro 2.2.2 version? Also, could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate a WordPress default theme? Did you have the same inconvenience?

    Yes to all. Image size is a full size. I never upload 220px images because it doesn't make sense to begin with.

    Im a developer also so have triple checked everything.

    Also, turns out that this is a known and common issue on brizy from over 9 months ago. Lots of people on the forum and facebook also mentioning the same thing....

    Here's a screenshot example. Dimensions are large. But the final output is always tiny like 300px image.

    Hi,

    After some discussions with our team, we could identify an inconvenience. This problem seems to happen after one of the previous updates. The team are already working to solve this inconvenience and in one of the future updates, we will release the fix. I'm sorry for this inconvenience!

    I am also having the same issue. Has this been solved?

    Also, can you advise how I ensure that the carousel thumbnails are all the same size and space apart? I can only seem to do it manually and is not correct.

    Also, please see the logo at the top of the nav bar, this also renders blurry? I can see in brizy builder that the resolution is good and should not appear like this.

    We are sorry for this inconvenience.

    Yes, this is a known issue and is on our to-do list. We are working on a new module for Brizy WordPress that will improve the quality of the images used in Brizy editor.
