Sub account mebed HTML not working

I gave a sub account to a costumer , but he is not able to have the embed access for HTML.

Could you fixe it please? i guess he needs to be validated but he already did iti

  Hi,

  Seems that the customer didn't validate his account. Does the customer see this view https://jmp.sh/Y06EUPD? If so, could he please click on the "Send validation email"? After this, ask him to check the email he created the Brizy account. There he has to receive a validation email from us. He has to open it and click on the "Validate" button. After he validates his account, please ask him to go back to the Brizy Cloud project and make a refresh and try again to add the embed code.

  If he couldn't validate his account, could you please send us the email of his Brizy account? We will validate it manually. If you don't want to make it public, let us know and we will delete it before approving your message.
