    Hi Brizy,

    any update on my issue? I started this issue over two months ago and could still not get your support team to look into it. I do have all login credentials ready for your technical team to have a look whenever they are up for it. All I need is an upfront notice so I can reset the VPN credentials, the developer can access within a week from refreshing the VPN access. Please let me know because I do need to fix this issue if I want to keep using Brizy.
