    Hi,

I suppose that the problem you found is a bit different the one you referred us.

From your example, I found that the example is a subdomain of the mywaas.com domain. Therefore, the example can't be accessed using the exemple.com but only with the main domain exemple.sitewaas.com. On the multisite network, this is the correct way because each site you install on the subdirectory https://jmp.sh/aaNnCrk.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Effectively it's not the same.

The website's user is example.mywaas.com then he mapped the domain with wp-ultimo and now his website is example.com. Now the user can't use Brizy.

The link is example.com/?page_id=4415&brizy-edit and I get "This page does not seem to exist. It looks like the link pointing here is broken. How about trying to research instead?"

In multisite, each site is installed in a subdomain, yes, but each site is mapped on a custom domain name. How to solve this ?

    Hi,

This problem seems to be more related to the WaaS and WP-Ultimo configuration and settings. Could you please check them?
Is this problem related only with Brizy? If you try to create a new page without Brizy all is working fine? If you temporary deactivate the Brizy Free and Brizy pro from the network admin, is the example.com available?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Hi, we checked but wp-utlimo seems well installed. I tried many different setups but still the same issue.

With Gutenberg and Elementor the website is working perfectly. It's only with brizy than I get the error.

    Hi,

Could you please send us the real link of a real page? We want to check this inconvenience. If we don't want to make it public, let us know and we will delete it before approving it.
Also, I want to mention that this link example.com/?page_id=4415&brizy-edit can work only when you are logged in the WordPress dashboard and will link you to the editor mode of a page.

    Best regards,
    Sandra
