Unable to edit email or apps tab in forms - stuck on loading loop

Hi,

 

The email and tabs forms on a number of my sites are broken and I have to basically duplicate the content the form to get the error loading loop to go away.

That loading screen will not go away. Please fix this as its happening to a bunch of my websites.  This one is https://www.drrenovationsandrestorations.com/

  It's still doing the same thing. Nothing comes up. Just in a loading loop.

  did you clear the cache? Try to check in incognito mode.
