Issues with sending Contact Form

Site is built on an Addon domain [ThereseBogs.com] and hosted by GoDaddy [ugh!] 

I have set up your contact forms time and again without issue, but this one will not work. 

GoDaddy told me to use Localhost/Port: 25/No/No for settings. 

Added SMTP plugin which is sending tests just fine, but Contact Form will not send.

  I forgot to mention that this is the same site that is recording 5-8 leads for each time the Submit button is being pushed, and I am running Brizy 2.2.5 and Brizy Pro 2.2.1, and have also tested it with ALL [but Brizy and SMTP] plugins deactivated.

  Hi,

  Thank you for all these details. Could you please give us more details about how did you set the Contact form? What option did you use? Did you use the SMPT, WordPress, Gmail or a dorm integration? Could you send us some screenshots with how did you set the form?
