I can't edit the Image/picture/background

It's working fine on another website that I have.

This is a new website that i'm working on.

I just installed brizy and this is what it looks like. I just can't add any Image!

 

This website has been built for somebody else with some other plugins. I'm about to re-work it. Is it possible that another plugin is fighting brizy?

  Hi,

  Is this a new page edited with Brizy? Or does this page was created before with another page builder and now the work is continuing with Brizy? Unfortunately, isn't possible to edit with Brizy a page that was created and edited with another page builder or theme. You can create new pages and edit them Brizy.
  If this isn't the case and this problem happens on the newly created page with Brizy, could you please check if you have the latest versions of the Brizy Free 2.2.5 and Brizy Pro 2.2.1? If you temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Pro) and activate a WP default theme, do you receive the same problem?
  Also, could you please give us some information about how did you upload images? Did you upload them through WP Media Library? Could you go please in the WP Media Library and try to edit a page (crop or rotate it)? Do you receive some problems?

  No, It is a brand new page the one that i'm creating.

  I do have the latest versions.

  Thank so much! I fixed it, it was a conflict between brizy and the theme that it was active.
