Not able to Edit Local/"On Click" Popup
Brizy Support/Community,
I'm not able to edit a local/"on click" popup. In an element's link I can open the popup builder and select a pre-existing popup block or a saved popup block; however, on the link when I click back on the popup to edit it, nothing happens. I've confirmed my browser allows popups for my site. Please advise.
FYI, prior to this issue, I upgraded the Pro WP plugin to version 2.2.2
Thanks,
Michael

Hi Michael,
Did you receive an issue with the pop-up you created in the Brizy -> Pop-ups? Unfortunately, we encounter a problem with the external plugins and our team are working to solve it as soon as possible. When we will receive a notification regarding this, we will inform you too. I'm sorry for this inconvenience!
Thank you for your understanding and patience!

Sandra,
Thanks for the reply. If I understand your question correctly, I did not create the popup from the popup template. Instead, I created the local/"on click" popup by navigating to the popup builder directly from an element's link. I selected an existing popup block, but when I clicked back to edit it, nothing happens. The expected action is the popup builder would open allowing me to edit the popup block I had selected.
I hope this answers your question and provides the the information you need to troubleshoot.
Thanks again,
Michael

Hi,
Could you please check if you have the latest version for Brizy Free 2.2.6 too? Also, could you please check if you temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate a WP default theme, do you receive the same problem?
Thanks!
Best regards,

Sandra,
I'm sorry for the belated reply.
Yes, Brizy Free 2.2.6.
I'm still fairly new to WP, so deactivating plugins and activating a WP default theme is a "heavy lift" for me when I don't know how that'll affect my published site and the interruption to the analytics (plugin).
Can we table this issue, and just ping me when someone who has more WP experience reports a similar issue and with your assist, resolves it?
Thanks,
Michael

Hi Michele,
Thank you for your reply and feedback!
Did you add the pop-up to the button or to a text element? At the moment we encounter a problem with the pop-up on the text element and our team are already working to solve it. We plan to release the fix on one of the future updates. Unfortunately, I can't say when we will release this update but we are doing all the best to release it as soon as possible. Thanks!

Sandra,
Added it to an icon box element. So that's probably the same issue with the text element.
No problem. I can wait for a release to fix it. Since it didn't work, I executed a workaround.
Thanks,
Michael

Hi,
Yes, they are related. Thank you for understanding and patience!
If you need an urgent fix and if you have the possibility, you can add a button and set it only with the icon (without text) and without the background. See here. To this button, you can add the pop-up (if you have added it in the Saved pop-ups) or you can try to recreate it (of course, if you want and if you have the possibility).Thank you!
Best regards,

Thanks, Sandra. Linking the popup to an icon is a good workaround. Thank you for suggesting it!
