Popup doesn't apppear

Hi,

I try to add a popup to my page (automated popup on page load), but it doesn't appear. I disabled all of my plugins exept of the Brizy and Brizy pro, but it didn't help.

  Hi,

  Could you please send us a screenshot with what triggers and display conditions did you set for this external pop-up?
  Also, could you please check if you have the latest updates for Brizy Free 2.2.5 and Brizy Pro 2.2.1?
