Purchased brizy personal pro but can't access pro features

I recently got deducted for my brizy personal pro subscription of 49$ in November (receipt number 10518894-7277081), but when I access my projects in brizy cloud, the pro layouts are all locked! Can somebody from brizy look into this? My email address is

  Hi,

  Thank you for your interest in Brizy!
  Could you please check if you log-in Brizy Cloud with the same account where you have the Brizy Pro license? To be able to access the Brizy Pro features in Brizy Cloud, you have to connect in Brizy Cloud with the Brizy account where is placed the Brizy Pro, with other words, with the email you bought the Brizy Pro license.
