Do I also need a theme installed?

Hi, I'm a bit confused. I'm fairly novice, and have only used Brizy cloud.

I've got a lifetime brizy pro license so decided to license for Wordpress as I need a blog area for my new site.

I'm not sure what I need to do? I installed it on Wordpress thinking it would make an interface like Brizy cloud to create the site. However I saw something that says I also need to add a theme? When I first installed Wordpress with dreamhost it came with a theme, but chose to reinstall without it.

Am I better reinstalling again with the theme (can't remember the name of it) and then reactivating the Brizy plugin?

Sorry totally bewildered through lack of knowledge!

Hi,

yes, WordPress requires you to have an installed and active theme. You can install a default WordPress theme or any other.
