Migrate to Brizy hosting

My website is currently hosted with NameCheap WordPress hosting, How do I migrate from there to Brizy hosting to take advantage of the 2-year free option with my plan

  these are completely 2 separate questions, One was migrating from a different host which I managed to sort out 
  
  The other is seeing if I  can use a theme from Theme forest or Envato themes.
  
  I'd really like to know what the support SLA is and also what is the best way to create support tickets or try to get assistance as waiting 3 days for assistance I will lose time in trying todo things.

  Hi,

  If you have a site created on WordPress and hosted on the NameCheap isn't possible to move it to the Brizy Cloud hosting as a usual migration process. 
  You can create a project in your Brizy Cloud account and move all Brizy pages from WordPress here. In the Brizy Cloud, you can't move Brizy templates, Posts, Blog or pages created with the theme or another page builder. To move pages from the WordPress site to Brizy Cloud you can do using the Brizy account and Saved Blocks and Layouts Sync feature. See here a video about how it is working.
