it is keeping showing up every time i click update button.

WordPress version: 5.6
Brizy Free version: 2.2.3
Brizy Pro version: 2.2.0
PHP version: 7.4
PHP memory limit: 2048MB

plugins: WP-Optimize - Clean, Compress, Cache 3.1.6 -  to clean database and cache with no luck, deactivate now

then, try another:

plugins: Advanced Database Cleaner 3.0.3 - to clean database and cache with no luck

The Problem "This page needs a refresh. You’ve probably updated this page (or another page) in a different tab or browser." is keeping showing up.

Please help, thank you in advance.
