    Hi,

    Thank you for reporting this issue. We could reproduce it and already informed our team regarding this problem. Please let us a bit more time to investigate this issue. We will inform you when will have some updates from the team.

    Regarding the inconvenience with the Saved pop-ups. Could you please check if the connection with the Hubspot is still activated? When is used a Saved block, the integration isn't saved and you have to add it again.

    Hi Sandra,

    Hubspot is not getting the leads from Popups added from saved blocks (not global blocks). I have reconnected the CTA multiple times, no luck.

    Only popups inserted from the global block pushes the lead to Hubspot. This is seriously very discouraging. Can't wait for a solution very long. Please fix this immediately!

    Hello, same problem here. (Very urgent too!)

    In Brizy Cloud editor:
    - All popups made global don't show up in the global blocks tab.
    - The popup editor does not open when clicking on it on the related linked button.

    In live version:
    - Global popups are not triggered on button clicks.

    Please provide help ASAP 🙏

    Is this problem happen only with the HubSpot integration? Could you please reconnect the form with the Hubspot account?
    Do you have the latest updates for Brizy Free 2.2.5 and Brizy Pro 2.2.1?

    Could you please send us the URL link of the site where you encounter this inconvenience? Could you create a new pop-up and make it global? Is it saved in the Global pop-ups? Could you please indicate on what button is placed a global pop-up?

    We have not tried with other integrations. As I mentioned earlier, I have reconnected Hubspot multiple times with all pop-up blocks in the “saved” section, but no luck. However, on-page forms are pushing data to Hubspot & zapier.
     
    The mains issues:
     
    1. Popup forms push data to Hubspot only if you add it from global blocks. Currently, these popups are not getting triggered 
     
    2. Popup forms added from “saved” block not pushing leads to Hubspot 
     
    Appreciate a faster response and resolution.

    Where do I find Brizy Free 2.2.5 and Brizy Pro 2.2.1? 

    Are there any different versions for a web app? We know that we are using a paid version.

    Hi Vasudevan,

    I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I thought you use the Brizy for WordPress. At the moment, we fixed the problem with the global pop-ups WordPress environment and a bit later 3-4 hours the fix will be available for the Brizy Cloud environment too. 

    Regarding the problem with Hubspot - could you please send us the URL link of the site where you encounter this problem? We want to check it. Also, could you please wait for the Brizy Cloud update and then check the form integration too? You indicated that they are interconnected.

    This page has a pop-up (get your app button) added from saved blocks after the previous pop up stopped working (which was added from global blocks).

    This pop-up doesn't send data to Hubspot. I tried reconnected multiple times, but no luck!

    Having what looks like a similar issue on the latest version of Cloud.

    I cannot get any Pop-Ups to trigger for conditions. I have spent far too long this morning trying to resolve this issue only to stumble on this post. I'm so frustrated.

    And that I've decided to just go with a click pop up I realise that the emails aren't forwarding to MailChimp.

    Hi,

    Yes, we know about this problem with the pop-ups in the Brizy Cloud. Today we release an update for Brizy plugin for WordPress and soon (at least tomorrow), we will release the fix for the Brizy Cloud too.

    Regarding the problem with the Mailchimp integration - could you please check if you connected the form from the pop-ups with the Mailchimp and it is correctly connected? Could you please send us some screenshots with how did you connect the form? Could you send us the URL link of the page where is added the form?
