External links not working

Every time I use the Brizy Builder for WordPress, the links don't work. For some reason, it won't let me add an external link. Instead it just assumes the URL I'm submitting is another page within my website (it's not). I don't know how to "validate" my account since I just added the plugin through WordPress originally. 

Help!

  Hi,

  Can you please give us more details? Do you have any error messages? Don't have a field to add external links or do they just not work when accessed from the frontend? A screenshot or screen recorder will help a lot.
