All Email forms stop send emails on my site https://cutt.ly/5jdl0ji about 3 weeks ago and going only into leads section other sites send emails.
Emails in the leads section.
All email notifications activated and do not receive any email notification.

We have more than one method to connect the form for lead notifications in Brizy Cloud?
Of course, I checked the spam folder and I can say more. I have checked that the Brizy Cloud Amazon SMTP server stopped sending emails from notification@brizy.cloud to my email about 3 weeks ago.
All Email forms stopped send emails about 3 weeks ago means that no changes were on site before 3 weeks and after. All worked then stopped!
How long we will wait for custom SMTP settings in Brizy Cloud?

I'm sorry for the late response. We investigated the site you send us and we couldn't reproduce the issue you find. At the moment, our developers are checking the forms. When we will receive a notification from them, we will inform you too. Also, we find that not all form has activated the Notification and therefore isn't connected with a form integration or email. This is an example.

We receive the notification from the team. After some tests, we found that the forms are working well. We tested the form with our emails and all seems to work fine. See here the result of our investigation.

But no one test email comes to my email. I think my email is blacklisted by your Smtp server. I have checked MX logs and nothing from test emails was sent from notification@brizy.cloud to my mail.
Additionally, I find bugs in Brizy Cloud forms for webdev team:
1. When you move the site to another sub-account, email forms don't work after that and you cannot configure them (add email for lead notifications) to fix that you need to copy (duplicate) the form and configure it again then delete the old form with the glitch. 2. The From name field for lead notification settings. When you type Non-Latin for example Cyrillic in from name field, emails will not send. If you type a short name for example 6 letters long, you will receive an email but from name will be

Hi,
We don't have a blacklist with emails. We suggest checking also the Spam folder. We checked forms that have been configured by you. We changed the email with us and started to check them by sending the test email. We found that all messages sent from your active forms are received on our emails. Therefore, all is working fine. Could you please try to check again? Also, please make sure that you check an active form that was configured. We found some forms that weren't configured and in this case, the emails will not be sent to any email.
1 - Yes, on the duplicating or when you Save a block where is added a form, this form will not be configured and you have to configure it again. It is the right way of working. It was built in such a way to offer the ability to reset the previous form or to be able to connect it with another email of form integration.
2 - Could you please send us an example with this inconvenience? Could you please send us a screenshot with did you complete the form and one with the Lead you receive on the email or Brizy Leads?
Unfortunately, at the moment in Brizy Cloud isn't available the Custom SMTP option for connecting the form.
