Images are not loaded / Brizy WordPress

Hi, we have a little more urgent situation...

Some images are not loading on the website.

Even new ones we upload also don't show up...

 

Here is an example of the page http://www.wineofmoldova.com/codru/

 

We moved from one hosting to another, maybe these cause problems somehow? I spoke with hosting and they didn't find any issues.

  Hi,

  Thank you for all these details. I removed from this conversation your WP credentials because it is a public forum and we want to protect you and your data.
  Regarding the problem you encounter - yes, it can be caused by the migration process. How did you migrate the site? Did you manually migrate the site or did you use an external plugin? We suggest using the WP All in One Migration plugin. It will help you to copy and move all folders and files and will not be some problems with the images. 
  If you used the manually way, could you please check if you followed all the steps from this article? Did you transfer the site to a new host only? Did you move the site on the new domain too? If you change the domain too, please pay attention to the step 11 from this article.

  images are not loading in the Brizy builder, but they appear in the WP Dashboard

  Hi,

  Thank you for these details and sorry for our late response. Could you please inform us how did you make the migration? Brizy uses a special method to handle images which means that we create a Brizy image folder where we store all images used in Brizy. See here more details. If this folder wasn't copied the same from the original site, it can create such a problem. Therefore, to avoid such a problem, we recommend using the All in One Migration plugin. 
  In the original domain/hosting, are images working fine?

  We just archived all the files from the old hosting and uploaded them on the new server. 

  The database was exported and imported to new hosting. 

  We did this method in the past and it worked well, didn't have such problems. 

   

  This new server is built a custom, without cPanel, and maybe we need to give access to something? Or configure something?

   

  Please help, we stuck with this problem and can't move on with the project.

  My colleague Natalia informed me that she got in touch with you and recommended using the WP All in One Migration plugin. Could you please confirm if you used this method and if all is working fine?

  Natalia give me couple of solutions, but this was the problem, we just needed to Enable GD library in PHP

  Because we run a custom server this option we missed. 

  After installing php7.3-gd package, all works fine now.
