Preview function no longer working on any site.

HI

 

A month or two back the preview function in Brizy editor stopped working, Just displays a blank page, so no option to preview changes before saving.

  Hi,

  Could you please check if you have the latest versions for Brizy Free 2.2.3 and Brizy Pro 2.2.0? Do you receive this problem on all pages or on some certain pages? Could you please create a video with this problem and send it to us?
  Did you create a template for these pages? If you create a template for pages, then you can't edit that page or those pages with Brizy. all the modification you want to do on the pages you have to make them inside the Template.
  If you deactivate all the external plugins (except Brizy Free and Pro) and activate a WP default theme, do you receive the same problem?

  Thanks for the reply.  Everything is up to date and the templates are specific, so perhaps the theme is the issue.  I have another site which I have added the Neve theme to, and there the Brizy preview works fine.  The sites with the problem use The Core theme which I have always used, even before Brizy was developed.  I see that The Core is not  on your list of recommended themes. Is there a reason for this?  And because we now use Brizy templates for everything the theme just needs to be light and simple.  Which theme would most you recommend to use with Brizy for this?

  Hi,

  It is a bit strange issue and we would like to investigate this inconvenience. I created a private ticket on this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this on email. Could you send to us in that private message the WP credentials to this site?
  Also, recently we release new updates for Brizy Free and Brizy Pro. Could you please make sure you have the 2.2.5 version for Brizy Free and the 2.2.3 - for Brizy Pro?
