can't edit staging site

Hi,

I have created a staging site using a subdomain for my wordpress site.

To do so, I generated a new license (I have a lifetime brizy).

The new license appears under my brizy account with the right staging.mysite.com name

Yet, i can't edit with brizy mz staging site, it shows an error.

I have checked with my hosting website and they confirmed all is working fine on their end.

So, please could you indicate how to have my staging site up and running?

  Hi,

  What is the error message? It may not be related to the license. A screenshot or image will help a lot.

  Also, please confirm you have this issue with the latest Brizy versions - Free 2.2.3. and PRO 2.2.0.

  Yes I can confirm I have both versions installed and I have correctly followed the installation process from your colleague on youtube (incl. added a new license number for the staging site)

  The normal url can be edited with brizy, only the staging site isn't accessible.

  I have read on the Facebook forum that brizy isn't working well with staging site at subdomain level, is it right? would it be better to use a staging site on a subfolder?
