Preview with blank page
I downloaded Brizy in free version and, following your instructions, I tried to build a page with your templates. I saved the page in draft mode but when I try to preview the page, a blank page appears. I've tried deselecting site plugins, but a blank page always appears. Do you have any suggestions?
Regards.

Hi,
Do you receive this problem on all pages or for some pages? On what pages do you receive this error? If you created a template, what display condition do you have set up to the templates? If you create a template for a page, post, all pages or all posts, you can't edit those pages/posts or only activate the Brizy for those pages. The Brizy template will not be applied and you will see what you created in the page. If you see in the Pages this https://jmp.sh/Rw4Cw3k, you have to deactivate the Brizy editor for this page in such a way https://jmp.sh/ma1flFo.
Thanks!

Hi,
I downloaded Brizy on a wordpress website that was already working on Unyson Page Builder. I prefer to use blocks but if I download a block on an existing page built with Page Builder, a blank page appears on the preview and the same on the online page. If I start a new page only with Brizy, a blank page appears on the preview and the downloaded blocks on the same page online. I follow the instructions on YouTube: edit with Brizy > Add a new block > update > preview and I only see a blank page
Thank you in advance for your suggestions.
Best regards.

Hi,
Could you please send us a video to illustrate the problem you encounter? Do you have the latest updates for Brizy Free 2.2.3 and Brizy Pro 2.2.0? On what page did you encounter this problem? Did you face it on all pages?
If you have only the Free version of the plugin, I don't recommend using the Brizy -> Templates. The Brizy templates are great with dynamic content but on the Free account isn't possible to use the Dynamic Content. Therefore, could you please check if you don't have created a template in the Brizy -> Templated and attached for all pages?Best regards,
Sandra0
