Locked out

I have a wordpress website which I have used Brizy to build but then 

one day I was "locked out" and could not login and the site was down. 

I got help from my hosting but they had to deactivate Brizy pro. 
So now my question is why is this happening and what can I do to get my Brizy pro back in. I don't dare to activate it before I get a solution.

  Hi,

  It is difficult to make any assumptions without knowing exactly what the problem was or an error message but I risk assuming that it was a fatal error that occurred after an update of a very old version of Brizy.
