Blog post problem (There has been a critical error on this website.)

Hi,

On two website I have same problem with Blog post page.

I can edit page with Brizy, but when I try to view page give me erorr

There has been a critical error on this website.

I have Brizy Pro.

Websites with problem:

  Hi,

  I checked both your sites and I found that only these 2 pages can't be load. They generate the 500 error https://jmp.sh/Qxn4dH0 that is mostly related to the server and its connections. Other pages (that are too made with Brizy) are loading just fine, without any error https://jmp.sh/khyRzoH. Could you please contact the hosting provider and ask them about this error? 
  Also, could you please check if you have the latest version for Brizy Free 2.2.3 and Brizy Pro 2.2.0? What is the WP memory limit for these sites? What hosting package did you use?

  Hi Sandra,

  I checked with hosting provider and they give me what is causing the problem.

  [04-Jan-2021 12:25:11 UTC] PHP Fatal error:  Uncaught Error: Class 'Brizy_Shortcode_PostField' not found in /home/bekonrs/public_html/wp-content/plugins/brizy-pro/content/placeholders/excerpt.php:33

  So what to do?

  I have latest Brizy and Brizy Pro (Lifetime licence). WP memory limit is 256MB. I have SSD hosting.

  Hi,

  Thank you for these details! Could you please describe how did you build the Blog page? Did you create a Brizy template or design it in the Pages? What elements did you use? Could you send us some screenshots from the editor mode of the Blog? 
  If you created a template for the Blog page, could you please check what display condition did you set to the template? Could you please send us a screenshot with display condition?

  It has been past 10 days and still I don't have solution for blog post for two clients websites.

  Hi,

  I'm sorry for the late response. We didn't receive your previous message. It was stored in the Spam folder. 

  Regarding the problem you encounter - I checked the dashboard and find that the problem was caused because you didn't have the latest update for Brizy Pro 2.2.0. I updated the Brizy Pro plugin and all start to work fine. See here. Could you check it too?

  Hi Sandra,

  Thank you for solving problem on that site.

  I had the latest version, but I got rollback to try is it going to help.

  On web site page https://fkfairplay.rs/aktuelnosti I have same problem and there is latest Brizy pro version.

  Hi Dusan,

  Great to know that the problem is solved on the first site. Thank you for the credentials for the second site but there I have the Editor role and can't test the pages, templates, plugins and all other details. Could you please set us with the admin role?

  Hi,

  On this site, I checked more details but I receive the same problem - 500 server error https://jmp.sh/WrQWyPS - and this is related to the hosting. Other page loads without any issue. Could you please contact the hosting provider regarding this issue?
