**URGENT** Critical Error from the Brizy Pro and Regular Update

Hello. I am currently on:

Brizy: Version 1.0.69
Brizy Pro: Version 0.0.20

I was trying to update but it creates a critical error and my site goes down. Any help on this?

  Hi,

  These are very old versions of the plugins. Now, we have the 2.2.3 version for Brizy Free and the 2.2.0 for Brizy Pro. What error did you receive when trying to update plugins?

  Could you please try to update them manually? For this, please follow these steps:
  1 - Delete the current version of Brizy Free and Pro;
  2 - Go to Plugins - > Add new and search there the Brizy plugin;
  3 - Find the Brizy plugin, install and activate it https://jmp.sh/zo1hYE6;
  4 - Go to your Brizy account;
  5 - Download the latest Brizy Pro version (2.2.0) - don't unzip the folder (if you couldn't install and activate the Brizy Free from WP dashboard, download the latest version of Brizy Free from your account too);
  6 - Go back to WP dashboard in Plugins -> Add new -> Upload plugin;
  7 - Upload the zip folder you downloaded from Brizy Pro account (if you couldn't install and activate the Brizy Free from WP dashboard, upload first the Brizy Free 2.2.3 -> install -> activate it and then continue with the next steps);
  8 - Activate the Brizy Pro plugin;
  9 - Activate the license.
