Post Navigation module - how to show Previous/Next in translated language

Hi,

I want to show a Previous/ Next post navigation under each blog post but it needs to be:

1. in German = vorheriger Beitrag (previous post) / nächster Beitrag (next post) instead of showing the full blog post headline

2. the arrows on each side should be a link as well is this possible.

    Hi,

    If you use the "Navigation" element https://jmp.sh/thQDSIu and you want to show only "Previous" and "Next" information and not also the name of the post, you have to deactivate this option. For this go the General option and select the "Advanced". From here you will see the "Post" option. You have to deactivate it https://jmp.sh/HtiL60H. 
    At the moment we have an issue with this element and if you deactivate the "Post" option, it will show the Post title. Thank you for drawing our attention to this subject. We could find this issue and send it to our developers to investigate and found a solution for it.
    When we will receive a notification regarding this problem, we will inform you too.

    in relation to my question will there be a way to show the previous and next text in German once you fixed it?

    Unfortunately, at the moment it isn't possible to translate or change the "Previous" and "Next" labels but we will create a feature request and will inform our team regarding this.

    Please make sure that you are using the latest Brizy plugin versions, which are 2.3.18 for Brizy free and 2.3.14 for Brizy Pro.

    Now you have the possibility to edit Next and Previous text in the navigation element https://jmp.sh/Rs6lDkH

    Hi Mihail!

    What can be renamed is the Label and not the button so in this German post the button name gets extraordinarily long and adding a German description above doesn't make sense at all. We want the users to be able to quickly jump to the previous or next post. What is the label for anyways?

    what we need is the ability to rename the button to the German "next" "previous" 

    Or do you think this looks great now????

    Hi Sandra,

    I am trying to understand what you are saying here. I do not see an option in the Brizy Navigation element to add a button in the middle like in your example. (It does have an option to add a divider/separator in the middle though)

    You can disable the name of the previous and next posts here

    Are you sure you are using the Brizy navigation element here?

    This is still a big issue. The Button in the Middle is a separate module with negative margin.

    Based on the conversation so far, 

    • You can edit the Previous and Next labels to  Vorheriger Beitrag and Nächster Beitrag
    • If the Post names are too long, you can disable it using the 'Post' toggle switch in the Navigation element

    In your last comment, you have mentioned that "This is still a big issue" Kindly elaborate what is the issue.
