Invalid Shortpixels license

I get an error message after entering a valid shortpixel API Key as seen on this screenshot:

I checked my shortpixel account (o.k.), checked typos (API Key was correct). The site is an internal site for a client running on brizy.

Brizy 2.2.3 / Brizy Pro 2.2.0 / Wordpress 5.6 / PHP 7.4.13 / MariaDB 10.4.17

  Hi Stephan,

  Could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Pro) and activate a WP default theme?
  If this site is located on the localhost and you still found this problem, unfortunately, we can't check it and provide a solution for it. Therefore, could you please migrate a copy of the site on a public hosting with a free domain and check there if the ShortPixel API is working? If it still generates the same error, let us know and we will create a private ticket on this request.
