Background image flickers.

1. Background image flickers in 'Unsere Dienstleistungen' section and 'Sie möchten ein spürbar besseres Raumklima?' section.
On the first mouse hover, the background turns white. It should not turn white. It should remain as it is. It seems to be a bug. Could you please fix it and inform it?

2. Another option to fix it would be to add background colour as well as background image at the same time. There is a background colour and has a brushed image on top of background image. However, when I add background colour and brushed transparent image, the background colour appears on top of the image, changing transparency level doesn't help as it should not be light. Can it be in a way such that the background image could appear on top of the background colour?
