Hi, i canceled my subscription yesterday. Is it possible to reactivate my account? I installed Brizy pro today again and have still all premium features.. Thank you and Kind Renard Viktor

  Hi Viktor,

  you can reactivate the subscription from your Brizy account. Go to Account -> Payments and choose the necessary option.

  Well, finaly I want to cancel my subscription.

  Brizy is not comfortable for me.

  Whats the next step and how do i get the refund?

  I am a little confused by the new options and how they will effect my Brizy lifetime subscription.

  Since I manage my own servers I will never host my sites on the Brizy servers as there are many things that I do with my sites that require root access..

  I will want to publish my sites using either Server-Sync or downloading the HTML files.

  So my question is: will I still be able to use my "lifetime" license to build unlimited projects and have unlimited Team members using Brizy Cloud after my "2 years of free hosting on Brizy Cloud" expires with my current "lifetime" membership and will that also still provide me with the publishing options server-sync and downloading HTML files forever ....

  The Brizy Lifetime License is a WordPress license and means you can install Brizy PRO on as many sites as you need. As a bonus for the Lifetime Plan we offer access to Brizy Cloud for two years and there you can also create unlimited sites but after two years you will have to choose a subscription plan to continue with.
