Brizy Cloud SSL not working :((

Hi there, I have published my website on Brizy Cloud using custom domain, but after 2 days the SSL does not seem to have been activated. My website name is www.chapterone.edu.sg, I'd appreciate a quick activation of the SSL. Thank you so much!

  Hi,

  Could you please check if you followed all the steps from here to publish the site using the Custom Domain method? We recently updated this article and add some valuable notes.
  Do you have set-up only a Cname and A record? Could you check if you don't have an AAAA record? Could you send us a screenshot with how did you set these record on the domain provider? Could you send the URL link of this site? If you don't want to make them public, let us know and we will delete them before approving your reply.

  Thank you for the screenshot. Could you please delete the first A record? This one. I blurred all-important details but if you don't feel comfortable with this, I can totally delete this screenshot.

  Could you please indicate in what account is added this project? We checked in the account with the email you write to us here but we didn't find this site.
  If this project is added in a subaccount, could you please indicate the name of the subaccount?

  Could you please send us the Url link of the site you receive this problem https://jmp.sh/NDj8G3w? Could you also, check if you set-up the Cname and A record as it is related to this article? In the Current Data of the DNS settings from the Brizy Cloud project, do you have marked with green the values of the Cname and A record https://jmp.sh/tYDXAgS?

  Hi Tatiana,

  Can you please delete your domain and add it again and wait for 30 minutes and see if the SSL gets restored? If this does not help, we will restore the SSL for you.
