    Hi,

    Could you please check if you followed all the steps from here to publish the site using the Custom Domain method? We recently updated this article and add some valuable notes.
    Do you have set-up only a Cname and A record? Could you check if you don't have an AAAA record? Could you send us a screenshot with how did you set these record on the domain provider? Could you send the URL link of this site? If you don't want to make them public, let us know and we will delete them before approving your reply.

In the Current Data of the DNS settings from the Brizy Cloud project, do you have marked with green the values of the Cname and A record https://jmp.sh/tYDXAgS?

    Hi Tatiana,

    Can you please delete your domain and add it again and wait for 30 minutes and see if the SSL gets restored? If this does not help, we will restore the SSL for you.
