Having problem with Business Directory plugin and Birzy

Hello,

We are using business Directory plugin to add our listing directory. The pages are created using Brizy.  The problem we are facing is  

The page is created using short code and it works well. 

http://durhamwebdirectory.allaboutwebservices.com/business-directory/

But when you click on any of the entry to open it is not carrying the page style.

What we are missing in this.

  Is this only happening in Brizy? On a standard wordpress page will these shortcodes work well?

  We have made it live:-

  The URL are :- https://durhamwebdirectory.com/business-directory/

  and 

  https://durhamwebdirectory.com/business-directory/all-services-incorporated/

  This is happening only in brizy, as you can see when the second URL (single listing) is opened it show the default wordpress theme.

  We have checked to set single and archive with posts, pages, directory but that did not work for us.

  Kindly let us know if we are missing anything or what can we do to fix it.

  Hi,

  when I check the single listing URL I see the default theme template. Is this a wrong behavior?  Is this a custom post created by the plugin you use? I don't understand what the problem is. If I access this link directly then I get to the page created by the plugin and this does not involve Brizy. Do you expect this content to be displayed in a Brizy Template? If so I'm afraid it won't work. Brizy only recognizes WordPress posts and pages and WooCommerce pages so if the plugin you use has separate custom posts then Brizy will not recognize these pages.
