I need urgent help on this issue. I have a live client training scheduled on her website this afternoon to show her how to edit her website. I'm getting the dreaded "This page needs a refresh. You’ve probably updated this page (or another page) in a different tab or browser"  error whenever I try to save a page. Even if I refresh then try to save it again. EVERY time I try to save ANY page, I get this error.

Everything was working fine just a couple days ago. I have not updated any plugins or otherwise made any changes of any kind to the site.

I've tried the things in the other posts. Increased the PHP memory limit. Cleaned the database. I'm the only user. The site isn't open in any other browsers or windows. I don't know what else to try :(

  Thank you for your response. I discovered that this was a conflict with one of my plugins (Monarch) and after I updated the plugin, all is working fine now. Posting solution in case this is helpful to anyone else.
