    Thank you for these details. Could you please check if you receive all the messages in the Lead section? See here. Did you follow all the steps from this article to connect the form with MailChimp? Could you send us some screenshots with how did you connect the form with MailChimp?

    P.S. 5 minutes ago I send you a message from this form and I didn't receive some problems inside the page, Console or Network. All of these fields show that the message was sent fine. Could you please check this?
