Did you receive this problem on the Brizy Cloud or on the Brizy WordPress plugin?

When you submit the form did you receive a message that informs you that the message was sent successfully?

Do you integrate the form only with Mailchimp or with another integration too? Did you receive the lead in the Brizy -> Leads?

>>> No. Only Mailchimp.

  Thank you for these details. Could you please check if you receive all the messages in the Lead section? See here. Did you follow all the steps from this article to connect the form with MailChimp? Could you send us some screenshots with how did you connect the form with MailChimp?
  
  P.S. 5 minutes ago I send you a message from this form and I didn't receive some problems inside the page, Console or Network. All of these fields show that the message was sent fine. Could you please check this?
