Make Global Spinning - Not Saving

I'm trying to build a new Brizy site on my local machine using Flywheel Local.
The theme I am using is Kadence.
The problem I am having, is when I try to save a header or item that needs to be global, when I try to save as global, it just keeps spinning and does not save.
I'm using Windows 10 by the way and the latest version of Wordpress to date

  Hi,

  Could you please check if you have the latest updates for Brizy Free 2.2.3 and Brizy Pro 2.2.0? If you temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Pro) and activate a WP default theme, do you receive the same problem?
  If you still receive this problem, this can be caused also by the localhost installation, could you please migrate the site on the public free hosting with a free domain? Could you check there how is working the site and global blocks?
