Are your servers working? My site does NOT display to the public

Here's a video to show you the exact problem for several hours today, Dec 17, 2020. It is now 4:15 pm PST and the problem persists.

Please advise ASAP.  My site visitors cannot see my site content. UGH.

  Hi, James,

  We checked the site and all seems to display fine. See here. Unfortunately, we can't check now what was the problems some hours ago but if this problem will happen again, please let us know and we will investigate it.
